JOB DESCRPTION
The Federal Public Service Commission is empowered to give recruitment in various posts in different departments of the government of Pakistan. Major fields of employment include administration, education, engineering, health, police service, and financial functions among others. FPSC aims to make persons of most eligibility and talents are recruited through an open merit process for certain federal positions. For example, qualifications, requirements, as well as responsibilities for each job done in different departments according to specific goals and mandate that the department aims to obtain.
Responsibility
1-Supporting the Mission: Aligning department goals to reality by providing policies that will start influencing society immediately.
2-Organizing Daily Tasks: Ensure that mundane paper-pushing administrative tasks, such as making documentation and file records, get done right to keep everything about the department in order.
3-Help with Data: Collect and analyze data for the basis of reports that drive significant decisions to make things better for society.
4-Manage Projects: Design and control projects to be delivered on time and within budget for maximum effect
5-Maintain Compliance: Ensure that all department operations are in compliance with the government so activities remain fair, legal and ethical
6-Serving Citizens: Be open and approachable to citizens to clarify their questions to provide necessary information and solve problems
7-Collaborating: Work together with other departments to achieve common goals in a more unified government service.
8-Innovating for the Future: Carry out research to discover new ways of improving the operation of the department and make recommendations on new effective solutions.
9-Growing Skills: Take part or lead training sessions to enhance skills and expertise, thus promoting personal and departmental growth.
10-Evaluating Success: Periodically check though reasonably is necessary, the efficiency of activities going on in the department and give suggestions on improving when necessary.

1-Analytical Skills: Inferring data and trending assist in taking informed decisions
2-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written interaction skills among colleagues, stakeholders, and the public
3-Problem-Solving Capacities: Good analyses of problems and practical solutions development
4-Project Management: Organizing, planning, and managing projects to ensure timely completion
5-Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with specific software, tools, and technology for job performance.
6-Interpersonal Skills: Can function as a team and interact with others.
7-Adjustability: Willing to change if new policies or regulations are put in place and also to different needs required by the department.
8-Awareness to Details: Delivers tasks with quality and accuracy.
9-Time Management: Manages tasks and prioritizes them to achieve the stipulated deadlines.
10-Knowledge in Government Policies: Familiarity with policies, laws, and regulations.
